Confirm attendance or grant a proxy
Every year, your administrator organizes the general assembly for your HOA. Other meetings are also possible. In dobby, you can easily and officially let them know if you can attend, or assign a proxy to someone who will come in your place.
How to report your attendance for meetings:
Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Meetings.
Select the upcoming meeting.
Open the dropdown menu.
Choose an option: Present, Absent or Assign proxy.
You can assign a proxy to another co-owner via their name in the list. Or you can let someone participate externally. Fill in their details and click Confirm. Your proxy holder will receive an email to confirm their attendance.Click on Confirm
Your attendance is now registered and your administrator will be notified.
