Creating an account in dobby with an identification code
Have you received an invitation from your administrator to use dobby? Create your account and gain access to all the information about your joint ownership.
Here's how to create your dobby account:
Go to app.dobby.be or open the app on your smartphone
Click Sign Up at the bottom
Enter your email address and click Continue
Choose a password and click Continue
Enter your identification code. Your unique code consists of 16 letters and numbers, separated by 4 dashes.
Click Continue
Fill in your name
Click Continue
Your account is now active and linked to your co-ownership. Next time, you can simply log in with your credentials.
Frequently asked questions
My identification code is not accepted?
dobby puts security first. For this reason, an identification code can only be used once and is only valid for 1 month. Is your code no longer working? Then request a new identification code from your administrator.
Do I need a code for both the app and the web version of dobby?
You only need an identification code once. You can activate your dobby account via the app or the web version. After that, you can simply log in with your username and password.
Do I have to enter the identification code every time?
No. You only need the identification code to create your account. After that, you can easily log in with your username and password.
Can I manage multiple properties in dobby?
