Viewing agenda items
Want to know what will be discussed during the general assembly of your HOA? In dobby, you can easily view the agenda of upcoming meetings and review the necessary documents before the meeting starts.
How to view the agenda items of upcoming meetings:
Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Meetings.
Click on the meeting you want to view.
You will now see a practical overview of the meeting (location, venue, etc.) and can view any documents the administrator has added.
At the bottom, you will find an overview of the agenda items and the number of votes required to approve each item.
Click on View more for more information about the agenda item.
In dobby, you can easily find all the practical details and agenda items for upcoming meetings. Once your administrator opens the meeting, you will be able to cast your vote digitally via dobby.
