Participating digitally in the meeting

Unable to attend the (general) assembly in person? Or do you want to cast your vote via dobby? Then follow the meeting digitally via dobby.

How to participate in the meeting via dobby:

1. Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.

2. Go to Meetings.

3. Select the meeting you wish to attend.

4. Has the administrator opened the meeting? Then click Join.

You are now following the meeting live in dobby. As soon as the administrator unlocks the agenda items, you can cast your vote and follow the voting results live.

Frequently asked questions

Can I leave the meeting and rejoin later?

Yes. Just as you can easily join the general assembly digitally, you can also leave and return later. These entry and exit times are meticulously tracked in dobby, so your administrator is informed and can include this information in the minutes.

Can I follow the conversations live during the meeting?

This is possible if your administrator has set up an online meeting (e.g., via Teams). You can find the link for this in your invitation to the meeting in dobby. If you want to participate 100% digitally, you will be using two apps: the online meeting tool and dobby.

What can you follow live in dobby during a meeting?

In dobby, you can see live which agenda items are open for voting, follow the voting results live, and cast your own vote. After the meeting, you can also digitally sign the minutes.
