Report an issue in dobby
For the management of your building, you rely on your administrator. See a problem in or around your building? Create an issue quickly and easily via dobby, so the administrator can resolve it.
How to create an issue:
Click on the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Issues.
Click the plus icon.
Give your issue a clear title.
Choose whether this issue is private (only visible to your administrator) or also visible to other co-owners.
Select the building and property.
Add a description.
Add photos or files if necessary.
Click Save.
Your issue has been sent, and your administrator can get to work right away!
