Signing the minutes and leaving the meeting
Has your HOA meeting ended? Review the minutes and sign them directly in dobby. After this, you can leave the meeting.
How to digitally sign the minutes:
When the meeting draws to a close, the minutes will appear in dobby.
Scroll down to the bottom of the agenda items overview and click on Minutes.
Review the minutes and click on Sign minutes.
Add your signature.
Click on Confirm.
After you have signed the minutes, you can leave the meeting.
