Sharing documents with joint owners
Are you tired of sending documents to joint owners in individual emails? dobby makes it a thing of the past. Learn how to share common documents—such as the deed, block policy, plans and contracts—with owners.
Sharing common documents with owners
In dobby, you can attach the relevant documents to each building. To do so, select ‘dobby’ and then ‘Beheer mappen voor documentpublicatie – alle gebouwen’. Then select the desired building and share the documents via the 'Documenten en foto's' tab. The deed or block policy can be uploaded at the building level, making it easy for all joint owners of that building to access and view them. Time-saving and transparent.
Sharing private documents with owners
With dobby, you can also quickly deliver private documents to joint owners. As an administrator, you decide whether a document is public and can be shared with all owners or whether it is private and only meant for a single joint owner.
