Consult documents
Where can I find the basic deed or block policy? As a co-owner, it's nice to have access to the building documents. Assistant dobby is here to help. Find out what documents you can access where using dobby.
Common and private documents
Open the menu and click ‘Documents’ at the bottom. This opens an overview of all the files your administrator has made available to you. In addition to building documents (basic deed, block policy, plans, contracts ...), you can also consult private documents here. These are files that your administrator has only shared with you, which relate to your private property (your settlements, statements, reminder letters, etc.). All the necessary documents on hand, all the time and everywhere: check.
