Creating an account and using an identification code
When administrators use dobby, co-owners also benefit. Did you receive a personal invitation with an identification code? Follow these steps to easily activate your account.
Creating an account after receiving a code
Your administrator will send you a unique code that gives you access to dobby.
If you are currently viewing dobby in the web browser, you should see the ‘Register’ button at the top right of this page. Click the button to be redirected to the account creation form. If you are using the mobile application, select ‘Create Account’ at the bottom of the screen to register.
Complete the form manually, use the identification code or click ‘Sign up with itsme’ (not required). After completing the registration form, your personal account is complete, and you will be given a short tour. This will help you quickly familiarise yourself with assistant dobby and learn how to digitally monitor your joint ownership.
My identification code is refused or is already in use
dobby puts safety first. To that end, an identification code can only be used once and is only valid for one month. If you have already linked your code to a dobby account, you can use that profile to sign into the app and the website.
