Signing the minutes and leaving the meeting
With dobby, signing the minutes before leaving a general meeting couldn’t be easier. Learn how to sign the minutes digitally as a co-owner here.
Signing the minutes
Even if you do not physically attend the general meeting, you can still sign the minutes with dobby. As the general meeting draws to a close, the minutes will appear on the dobby website and in the app. You can find them by clicking on ‘Minutes’ at the bottom of the list of agenda items. The minutes will be displayed, and after reviewing them, you have the option to sign them. You can draw your signature in the signature box with your finger or a stylus. If you are signed in through itsme, you can sign with a unique electronic signature (eID stamp).
Leaving the meeting
This was the final step in attending the general meeting digitally. The meeting is now complete; you have fulfilled your duty as co-owner and can close dobby with peace of mind.
