Replacing a tenant
Do you have a new tenant for your property? You can easily register this in dobby by replacing your current tenant with the new one. This ensures your property details are always up to date.
How to replace a tenant in dobby:
Click the menu icon in the top left corner.
Go to Properties.
Find the entity for which you want to replace a tenant.
Click on the three dots to the right of the tenant.
Go to Replace tenant.
Select the end date for your current tenant and click Save.
Enter the details of your new tenant.
Add the entity you are renting out.
Click Save.
Fill in the required details.
Click Save.
The new tenant has been added and your information is up to date once again.
