Voting during the meeting via dobby
Are you participating digitally in a meeting of your HOA as a co-owner? Then you can also cast your vote in dobby. Vote per agenda item during the meeting.
How to cast your vote during a meeting:
Check if the meeting has been opened by the administrator and if you are already participating digitally in the meeting.
Next to each agenda item that will be voted on, there is a lock icon. When it is time to vote, this icon disappears. Click on the agenda item to go to the voting page.
Go to My vote.
Choose from: Yes, No or Abstention.
Click Back to return to the overview of the agenda items.
After a short while, the interim results of the vote will appear here.
When your administrator opens the next agenda item, you can vote again.
In dobby, you can easily cast your vote per agenda item. You can also follow the interim results of the voting live.
