Have you reported an issue or do you want to track the status of an existing one? In dobby, you can easily monitor the progress of repairs in your building.
Here’s how to view an issue:
Click the menu icon in the top left corner
Go to Issues
You will find an overview of all ongoing and completed issues. The status is provided by your administrator.
Click on the issue you want to view to see more details.
In the Messages tab, you can read updates from your administrator or add a comment yourself.
In dobby, you stay informed about all issues reported to your administrator. This way, your building can be managed optimally.
